Loot are *******!

Bought a perfume on the 11th of December 2020, Loot has pushed the dispatch date 3 times and they have now removed the dispatch date completely, therefore I am left to believe it will not be delivered, however they have not rep**** to my queries regarding a refund. Loot falsely advertise products that they cannot deliver and do not process refunds, they are just *****ing!
