Loot are the most useless online company I have ever dealt with

Placed an order on the 18th December for a Laptop which was to be a Christmas present. Phoned this morning to make sure that the goods would reach me in time only to be told that I need to send a copy of my ID and the credit card for SECURITY PURPOSES!!! What a crock of ****. Dealt with tons of online companies including overseas companies and have never had to do that. Now im told the card never processed yet I have an email from them confirming that my payment was authorised and the bank has confirmed that payment did go through. Never will I deal with them again.
