Loot are busy with false advertising

Is there a minus rating..We ordered and paid for a limited edition item on 22November with a promise of delivery on 5 December..there was a communication sent that orders were delayed and would be sent on 17 December..since then every time we check or phone an email is sent to push delivery dates with 3 days every time...on 23rd December I was telephonically promised that my order was being dispatched that day then on 27 December an email was sent that dispatch is delayed til 29th December...now they phone me to tell.me their supplier is closed and dispatch is in January as their supplier open on the 8th....don't believe their lies as their promises on their website are completely false!
