Loot are a useless online store!!!

First off when I ordered my goods it took more than 3 weeks to be delivered. My emails took forever to be answered although on Facebook the response is slightly better. Now that I returned an item a week ago, there is no more replies, no updates, no contact whatsoever from loot's side. You know what Loot, you obviously have no intention of refunding me, so that's okay, keep the R380 that I paid for this item. I will never use loot EVER again!!! I recommend Takealot any day, they are miles better than Loot!!!
