Loot and their non-existent service.

Order HJDB-265-B340 placed on 19 Feb 2020. All in stock items. Latest expected shipping date: 20 Feb 2020.

7 days later and I'm STILL waiting. Still shows as being packed. Absolutely NO communication as to why there is a delay.

I contacted support via email 2 days ago - no reply. I contacted support on Facebook and was told the warehouse is looking for an item in my order. Does it really take 7 days to find an item? Why not email me and let me know?

Incredibly disappointed with every aspect of Loot's service (or in this case non service).
