Loot and Smeg SA service and quality is pathetic

I ordered a Smeg oven in lockdown. It was delivered after about 2 months. It was damaged and dented when the packaging was removed. I took pictures and wrote emails over and over. Finally got a reply. I forwarded akl the info they requested. Che from Loot and Smeg agent Dinamic Gas installations In Bfn who was contacted by Loot could not arrange a refund nor an exchange. It's been months now with no result and a faulty damaged dented bad quality oven which I paid thousands of Rands for.
