Loot advertising stock they don't have

I've ordered and paid for 2 large appliances from loot. On both the delivery time is advertised as shipped between 5-7 working days. After a couple days I received an email on the one item which stated that the supplier is out of stock and my order cancelled. Now after 3 weeks that item is STILL on their site and still at the same price. How can they advertise stock that they just don't have. The other item, a fridge/freezer was also supposed to be shipped between 5-7 working days. After 2 weeks, I haven't even had as much as an email to say where my fridge is, and on my account it just states that item is on order. I now cancelled the order and am still waiting for my money to be returned. Worst service ever...... DON'T try to buy from Loot..
