Loot

I ordered my new Samsung S23fe on cyber Monday as Loot was the cheapest. For the first week when I checked my order status it said "Stock on order". The following Monday I called their customer care line and asked how they could sell an item if they didn't have it in stock. The service consultant, a guy, was very helpful and pleasant. Said he will check on my order and update my order status or call me back. While waiting I went on Hello Peter to read reviews on Loot. Was left with a pounding heart reading all the negative reviews and thought I was ****med or wouldn't receive my phone by Dec 7 as promised. I logged back into my Loot account and lo and behold it said "Item ready to be shipped". Late Thursday 7 December 2023 my phone was delivered to my door with absolutely no delivery costs. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them anytime. People should just follow up on their orders regularly.
