Loot a hoot

I feel their services are poor. Its not my first poor experience with them. I placed an order on 17 January for 2 items that were in stock at the time of placing, confirming and paying for my order. I received an email on 29 January that the order is ready and will be delivered soon but only for one of the products. I did not receive any communication from Loot regarding the incomplete order or how my refund will be processed for the item that was not going to be delivered.
