I placed an online order on 21 March 2021. I received confirmation of my order and a latest delivery date of 31 March. Payment of R795 was taken from my credit card. Since the I have heard nothing about my order. I have sent 3 e-mails, politely answered by someone called Anisthia, but no information about my order. I havealso tried phoning the number given online but the relevant department never answers,
