Loot

Generally I have had good service from Loot when ordering books. But don't order anything else from them as they are useless. Ordered a gift for my husband 3 weeks ago for his birthday which is on Saturday. They confirmed the supplier had stock. Have received 1 email to say they are anticipating a delay - since then nothing. I emailed them and all i got was a ticket no.
