Like watching a dog chase its own tail!

I've been told that I can collect a phone from Westlake if I want to pay cash but when I try to order the phone online there is no collection option because the phone is not in Cape Town and can only be collected from Midrand. When I asked for the phone to be transferred to Cape Town (after all shipping to my door is free) so I could collect it I was told there is only one collection point and that is Westlake in Cape Town as Midrand is a distribution point and not open to the public! What will it take to transfer this phone to Westlake so I can purchase it? Must have gone around in circles for weeks trying to get them to transfer the phone so I could pay cash when collecting. Gave up!
