Late Orders

I have used Loot the first time in November. Following which my order was a week late, thus I could not give it to the person on their birthday, for which it was intended.

Now I decided to use Loot again and once again, my order is delayed.

Kindly note that this will be the last time that I use your company, as I assume this will be the case every time.
