Late deliviery and no notification about it

Still haven't received my package. I had to contact them myself, only for them to eventually inform me that they are changing warehouses. Why was I not informed about this before I placed my order? Why did you not contact me to inform me that my order will be late? Do you think you are the only online company that delivers. My takeallot.com package was delivered on the day indicated on their website. Amount of money I have lost due to your negligence... never ordering from loot again.
