Late delivery
I requested that loot follow up with the delivery of order GLBZ-95-B540. I placed it a week ago and still no dispatch. This is unacceptable as the products were supposed to be dispatched yesterday. The people at loot are very lackadaisical. They did not even contact me about the order. I need this order in my hand tomorrow (Wednesday 20/1/2016). As on Thursday, I am flying out and some of these items were gifts. I am greatly inconvenienced and if I don't receive them by tomorrow, I will also be out of pocket. I am disgusted by loot's bad service and not fulfilling delivery dates, rather deal with other online retailers as loot has done the same thing to the order my wife placed.<br>

Our records do show that we sent an order confirmation email at 2016-01-13 08:31:34 and that, when the order was placed on the website, we advised that delivery should take place between 20-27 Jan.
If we have the items in stock, we can dispatch within 24 hours. However, the items on your order did need to be ordered in, which is why they are listed as \Usually dispatched within 4-7 working days\" on the website.
