Late Delivery

Ordered a Christmas on 16th October with expected delivery 8 - 13 working days. Delivery expected 8th November, wrote to them on the 9th Nov, now told parcel was delayed & new expected date is 27th Nov. Again wrote to them on the 28th, told another 2 week delay. New expected date 12th December, again wrote to them 13th Dec. Still no parcel, now expected 19th December. Was told today, 20th December that parcel is still not in stock and my kids Christmas present will not be delivered in time. Two and a half months and they still have the nerve to advertise on their site that it a 13 working day delivery time. No proactive communication, no response to various emails, disgusting customer service.
