Late Delivery

As if its not bad enough that they only offer economy delivery, i am still waiting for a product i ordered 29/04/2015. Delivery date was 11/05/2015, and today i am informed that Loot is still waiting for feedback from supplier? Pathetic. Would love to cancel order and just go buy the product - but im sure id have to wait twice as long for my cash back too. First and last time ill order from Loot.
