Late deliveries and stock list not updated

Loot.co.za has always been my to go online store for books. The last four deliveries have been appalling to say the least. The orders take extended times to deliver, the books are not in stock.

Operational management need to up their game. Its rather disappointing that a store once had good customer service to now waiting endlessly for orders to pitch up
