Last time I buy from Loot

I bought a Defy dishwasher from the website on 20/09. It was delivered promptly and I used it for about 10 days before it just stopped working.

I have since made numerous phone calls and sent many emails. Each time it takes around 5 days to get a response and the latest Is that they do not take responsibility for the delivery and the supplier will come test the unit at my house. This whole process has taken 2 weeks with still no resolving of my issue. This is for sure the last time I buy something on the Loot website.
