Last order with Loot

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Placed my order over a month ago only to receive an email stating they have no stock of my item. Why advertise an item that is out of stock!!!! Now I have to wait for the rest of my items on that order! Have tried phoning and emailing, phone calls get cut off after holding for ages and emails don't get rep**** to! I will never buy from loot again!
