LAPTOP BAG BREAKS AFTER 2 WEEKS, UNWILLING TO EXCH

Hi, i purchased the Targus Rolling Backpack(Order KFPF-88-B300), after 2 weeks the drawstring on the pouch started unravelling. I left it as its something minor. Then i realised that the velcro strip glued on the bottom of the bag sc***** on one's clothing on the lower back, so much so that it damages one's clothing. I then proceeded to follow process and returned the bag. I received feedback many weeks later that: \Unfortunately, our suppliers have ruled the damage to the string & the curling of the velcro strip (causing it rub clothing) to be wear and tear\".<br> They have returned my damaged bag to me. This item cost me R981 which as a single mother of two kids & my disabled mother, is a big expense but much needed for my work laptop. At that price i'd at least expect a superior quality product! :("
