Lack of response and no product or money

I should have read the reviews on here before shopping with them.. now it is too late and I am stuck with them. Ordered and they attempted a delivery. I was not at home and used the app to schedule the delivery for a day that I was going to be home. Their courier ignored this and attempted two more deliveries on days I was not available, and on the third day (when I was home), you guessed it, no delivery. They then sent me a note stating that they could not deliver and they put the money in hold on my account. I am not to pay for the product AND TO PAY A DELIVERY PENALTY FEE even though it WAS THEIR FAULT!! I have emailed them several times and have even phoned, but they do not respond to any customer queries! The worst service I've received in a long time and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I will NEVER do business with these idiots again.
