Lack of customer service at Loot
I ordered three manga from Loot and received an email stating that one of my orders was not in stock and was back ordered and that I could request a refund. Despite having emailed Loot requesting said refund I have received no response nor acknowledgement from Loot.

02 Feb 2024, 18:40Loot has cancelled my entire order without my consent. I merely requested that the back order be cancelled. This is pathetic. Their response time is tardy at best!
