Lack of customer service

I requested to return an item on 10 July. On their site they say they will be in contact with me within 48 hours. It’s know 21 July and I haven’t heard anything from them. No confirmation email. No feedback. In the meantime I’ve send their customer support 2 emails and I re-logged the return. Nothing from them. I don’t appreciate this lack of customer service and will think twice before buying again from Loot.
