Keep dodging my questions, don't give ETA's and they support makes empty promises (plus gives wrong Waybill numbers so that I'm off their case)

Waiting more than a month for two different orders (the one order had the item in stock) and Loot keep dodging my questions and they don't give ETA's.

Please advise when my orders will be shipped.
