Just ignores you.

I haven't had a issue with loot until now, I ordered something a month ago, which on their website said 5-7 days delivery, I've sent emails & all they send is auto responds emails back, they will get back to you in 24-48 hours, yet I'm still waiting for an email back. Not sure what is happening with this company lately.
