Just awful service

I would give them zero stars if I could. Loot have always been slow to deliver items but now their service is absolutely poor. I ordered an item, waited 3 weeks for delivery, was told that they won't be able to source the item (I had to ask them to follow up with the supplier) and then got my order cancelled. Instead of returning my money, my account was credited with the option of receiving the money to my account. It has now been 2 weeks since I have requested the money be paid into my account and 5 weeks since I parted with the money. I have sent 3 emails regarding this issue with no reply. Their call centre has also been closed because more people are calling (which makes no sense). Definitely the last time I buy from Loot.
