Just another online shop with bad service.

CXDJ-388-B270 Ordered the ECO-FLOW R12 500. Payment went through but order remained "PENDING" for 4 days. (I assumed stock problem) I cancelled the order (NOT YET SHIPPED) and ordered directly from ECO FLOW. So Loot suddenly now ships the order. We were told to refuse the delivery, and were told we would be refunded when it reached the warehouse. Almost 3 weeks later, no response. no refund and I can't pay my bond because I am R12k short! Terrible service. Call centre tel line goes dead after a few rings.
