I've been waiting a month for a supposed "7 to 9 day delivery"

I ordered my wife's Xmas gift a month ago via Loot and was notified that it would take 7 to 9 working days. l am still waiting. I contacted Loot on 3 occasions to follow up. I was promised feedback about my delivery from an agent named Ebrahim, which was never received. I then spoke to another agent, Sabrina, requesting to speak to a manager and was promised that it had been escalated and that her supervisor would contact me. I'm still waiting. It's the 18th January and my wife is still waiting for her Xmas gift. Think twice before ordering from Loot
