Items out of stock once ordered and paid for!

I am so frustrated with Loot's lack of service. I ordered subject bags early Jan and was excited for them to be delivered the week before school started. I am still waiting as now items ordered are out of stock. It's the end of January! Why sell items that are not in-stock! This shows a lack of process and accountability as suppliers were blamed.
