Item paid for but not received since last month.

I placed an order and paid, last month, for an item that they advertised was available. It has still not been delivered. The people "assisting" do not seem to care that the item is needed urgently and do not seem to follow up with the suppliers as there has been no proper feedback. I could have just bought the item somewhere else. This was a waste of money and time.
