Item not similar as the picture on site

I placed an order for a car cover,based on the pic of the cover on their site and my knowlegde of the cover i want,i proceeded to pay.When the item was delivered,it wasnt the same as the picture at all.I immediately submitted a return via their site on the same day(12/08/19) and i sent an email with my grievance.Only to get an email saying that i must sent them pics of the item,mind you there is no mention on their site, about a picture being a requirement when returning an item. My question is,do you ppl think im dumb,i dont know the difference between what i wanted and what you delivered and what IS DISPLAYED ON YOUR SITE?its the 19th today and the damn item is still here.FETCH YOUR CAR COVER AND PROVIDED ME WITH MY REFUND SO I CAN GET THE CORRECT ITEM ELSEWHERE.YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
