Insufficien Product information

I bought a tommi tippee electric sterilizer. The product was delivered right on time. Only issue is that I don't know if it works yet because they didn't tell me that I'd need to purchase a foreign plug. Now I have to incur additional expenses just to use the product. Not cool loot !!!
