Incorrect product

Good day The writing was for Loot. Like I explained, they sent me the wrong item and let me know the product I ordered is out of stock.......

Trust you well.. I make use of the online shopping and my last was at Loots. This is what they advertised Re: [Order#FPHV-241-B570] [Product#MMMV-5901-G220 - Deerma Water Spray 360° Rotating Lightweight Microfiber Mop] [#66***3]. I order it and they sen me a pc safe guard far from a Rotating Mop. When I order it, it doesn't show that its out of stock the payment went through for the amount of R319.. This is my order. Now they said its out of stock and if they get it, it will be more expensive,and cannot reserve one for me for the price of it... What I need from the to is send me the one I ordered and fir the prices, they first send me an incorrect product.. Inside that incorrect box is an invoice that state its the product I ordered. But is far from what I ordered. Please can you ask then I email and spoke to Darrion Faroo.. Thank you very much EVA
