Incorrect dimensions to be rectified

I bought 3 bags for my Nikon camera on 27 November 2017 based on the dimensions provided on the website. When the products arrived they were too small for my camera even tough I compared the dimensions on the Loot website to my camera.

I selected return items on the website and wrote an email to Loot on 6 December 2017. Loot organised for the products to be collected on 11 December 2017 and undertook to refund me. However, I prefer the same supplier to rather replace the 3 bags with 1 bag that fits my camera.
