Incompetence

I placed an order of 5 items on the 16 of July 2019 and after conformation I was then told that there's a delay on the 5th of August 2019. As anyone I understood what the delay was but had to go dig deep as one of the items was a women's day gift. Then almost 4 weeks later on the 21 August 2019 I got another email telling me about there's another delay on a different item and I should expect my order to be shipped on the 26 August 2019. Till today nothing has been shipped and no communication was made including an apology for their incompetence.
