In the dark

I put in an order on 1 May and today, 21 May, still no sign of it. The items ordered are still advertised on the website as deliverable within 3 days. Despite a phone call during which I was informed that the issue would be "escalated" (heard that one before?) - still nothing. My problem is not so much with the delay of the order, but the lack of communication from Loot. The result is that I simply have no way of knowing if the order is even happening. Very poor show.
