I will never trust Loot again

If there were no stars available I would give Loot.co.za a 0. I ordered Varsity Text books from them on the 18th of February ... they are still sitting in their warehouse in Brooklyn on the 1st of March. I called on 27th February and was told the order was with the courier and would be delivered in the next 3 days. It's not Wednesday, called again and evidently the books are still in their warehouse in Brooklyn! I tried to expedite delivery as this order is now urgent and they just will not budge on making a plan - even though I was prepared to pay for express delivery. How can Takealot get this right yet Loot cannot. Added to this, their return policy is a credit to Loot.co.za, not a cash refund which I'm sure is against some Consumer Protection Law. That's another fight for another day because I still need to receive said books in order to return them! I will never trust Loot again. Rather pay the extra money and order from Takealot - guaranteed delivery and pick up times.
