<p>I purchased some games on Loot.co.za on the 22nd of August, paid for them that same day. When I placed the order, the system said expected ship date is the 29th of August. Then a day or 2 later it moved to the 2nd of September. I just checked now it has moved to the 6th of September. This is extremely ridiculous. First time buyer and they'll never see me again.</p>

We tried calling you, to find out some more information from you, as we have looked into your order and see the original quote dated for latest dispatch was 6th September 2016. We also checked the order confirmation email that was sent to you on 22nd August, which also states latest dispatch date 6th September 2016, so we wanted to find out where did you see alternative dispatch dates as we aren't able to locate it on our system.
Please check the order confirmation email that was sent 22nd August and check the date that was provided . Please then let us know what date is stipulated on your order confirmation.
