I returned faulty goods and no feedback
I bought a mobile smartphone from [URL Removed] in December 2015, it took more than 2 weeks to be delivered, after a few days it turned out to be faulty, I returned the faulty mobile phone to loot at the beginning of January, I received confirmation of receipt a few days later however, in mid January I sent a mail asking the status of my return, shortly after which i received a mail stating that the distributor requires that they return the item to them, before they can proceed with a refund or replacement. 10 days had passed there was no correspondence. Buck can easily be passed on to supplier/distributor, but I was dealing with loot and not the supplier!!!<br> I sent another mail at the end of January requesting for some feedback, and what would be the duration for the return to be resolved and to date I got absolutely no response...<br> [URL Removed] service/ after service or lack thereof sucks!!!
We are so sorry that the item ended up being faulty so quickly. It does seem like a case of bad luck as we have had great feedback regarding this model.
We would always have to return a faulty product to the supplier for assessment as the warranty lies with them, as explained at the time we heard of the fault. The supplier investigates the nature of the fault to confirm it is due to user damage, a manufacturing error or system failures. Of course, we are not accusing you of this, however, it has happened and happens often that a customer tries to return items that end up faulty due to negligence or using the item incorrectly.
We will do our very best to resolve this as soon as possible as the item is with the technicians at the suppliers You should have received an update from Channon regarding the progress of the faulty unit.
