I ordered a pool from them

I ordered a pool from them. And they sent it to the delivery service on the 17th. And promised I would receive my children's christmas present by the 22nd of December. It's now the 6th of January and I still have not received it. Between them and dpd delivery. Noone can tell me where my parcel is. Or when I will receive it. They ruined my children's Christmas and I'm heart broken. I will never use loot again. And will only ever use takealot.
