Horrible Service - No package - No communication

I ordered a washing machine on the 20th March 2020, they had promise to deliver before the lockdown of which they didn't. I've Loots several times and being told they are waiting for guidance from Operations Dept and promise to call/email. Till today - there is no communication from them.
