Horrible Service - Never buy from Loot.co.za

After waiting more than 3 months for the repair, phoning you guys about 20times, being promised I was on the top of the ‘repair list’, then being promised my Inverter is on the way to me and it will be 1-3 business days, you guys want to give me R7100 for something that costs R12 000 now? Essentially making an extra R4900 out of me after I waited 3months for your/your supplier’s mistake????

Where is my unit that was dispatched to me on the 9th like stated by your support team? I will just wait for MY FULLY REPAIRED UNIT.

I need my inverter back fully repaired or R11,999 credit on my account so that I can buy the exact same replacement again.

Waiting to hear back from a manager (like I was promised about 6times during the 3month return!)
