Horrible service

Worst sevice ever, from purchase date to initial deliver of my TV took 5weeks, then they delivered a broken TV and it has been 2 weeks with no replacement or update after the TV was returned. The worst part is that they have not kept to their own time frames for delivery, return, pickup and even response time. How do you set your own time frame and fail to meet it.
