Horrible Experience

<p>Avoid buying from Loot.co.za if you can.</p> <p> </p> <p>On my 1st time buying from them it took ages for delivery to be made.</p> <p>Recently on my 2nd time, I bought an item on discount on their website which they claimed it was incorrectly priced. They then credited my account and offered a voucher of R100.</p> <p> </p> <p>That's false advertising at its best, so if you see a too good to be true price on their website, it probably is.</p> <p>Their customer communication is also not the best, they take forever to respond to emails and their call center is also not helpful at all, they can't answer simple customer queries.</p> <p> </p> <p>You better of buying from Raru or Takealot.</p>
