Horrible Customer Service and No Responses!

First time buying at Loot and the service is very bad. I sent an email requesting feedback for order number XBDB-277-B800 and the customer service agent responded back saying my order was cancelled and the amount would be refunded back to my credit card. Meanwhile some days later, still no refund and it gets better, the delivery people, call to say they have my items for delivery. I rejected the delivery as I was not sure what was happening. I sent an email back to Loot, and no response up to today. Fast forward, Loot sends email saying my order could not be delivered and if I want to try re-delivery, I must reorder the goods otherwise they have credited my account with the goods money ex delivery charge so meaning I must still order at Loot, which is not what I want. I want my money back in my credit card as I have lost all confidence in Loot especially since this was my first time.
