Ordered from loot.co.za , paid for express shipping, this took longer then expected firstly. Paid R15 000 to only get a damaged laptop, screen doesn't turn on. Almost impossible to get through to the returns department. Once you get through to them none of them have the authority to help you. So I basically all in all have paid all this money for a broken laptop, great service okes. I would think twice before ordering here. Takealot have much smoother processes. Such a shame
