********** experience dealing with Loot.co.za

I have never experienced such shocking customer services from any online company. I ordered a 14 place Bosch Dishwasher on the 5th August. Heard nothing from them about the delivery, so contacted them by mail as you can’t phone them. They respond today telling me their supplier is out of stock and they replacing it with a 13 place Bosch dishwasher and put a credit in my account with Loot for the difference . Refund me immediately....

I would recommend anyone looking to purchase anything from Loot.co.za to stay well clear. Such a ********** experience dealing with them - Never Again !
