Hisense TV infested with cokroaches

I bought a Hisense TV unit a year ago at Loot, TV has warranty on it.Early July the unit's screen blacked out and only showed 50% and eventually the entire screen went black. I booked the TV in as a return as it still had warranty on it. After more than 2 weeks of Loot keeping the unit I received a message that stated that the warranty of the television has been voided due to the fact that the technician picked up that the TV has been infested with cokroaches. How on earth must I believe that as I don't breed cokroaches and bare in mind that Loot had the unit for a good 2 weeks how sure can one be that your warehouse doesn't have cokroaches that found their way into the unit. I won't let that stupid reason be sufficient enough to void my warranty and I want my refund. Loot and Hisense have the audacity to find loopholes and use that to runaway from the responsibility of attending to their clients queries. I want my refund or another TV. If you want trouble buy a Hisense unit or appliance.
