Hisense 30L Microwave - poor service and non delivery

I purchased a 30l Hisense microwave on the 14th February, shipping was to take place on the 24th. on the 24th i mailed Loot and contacted the service number to enquire what is happening, ( could not give m,e an answer) again i mailed and contacted Loot on the 25th, service desk said would come back to me and i received a mail that they will advise within 2 working day. Again checked on the 26th still no tracking number

Loot is still selling the microwave on line on the 26th advertsing delivery within 4 - 8 working days (is this not false advertising)
